Relaxation and Mindfulness resources

These resources may help relax your mind and body; they may be helpful to you or the person you care for. YouTube can offer videos and channels that you may like to try. Below are some relaxation app suggestions that have free versions for trialling.

You can also type into your music app if you have one (Apple Music, Spotify or YouTube, etc.) and it will bring up a variety of options you may like to try.

Has free body scan content on YouTube and offers Australian-specific content through their app.
